The Period Letterplate Tidy, in a striking Aged Brass finish, that fits securely to the inside of an entrance door by way of two hinges.

The unlacquered brass achieves a timeless elegance, highly polished on all surface areas but aged to highlight the detail and design. This will tarnish in time as part of the ageing process but can be polished time and time again if a natural sheen is desired.

A solid heavy brass letterplate of superb quality with an integral clapper (equally useful as a ‘pull’ to close the door). Manufactured from solid brass and unlacquered, thus enabling the brass to be polished without fear of becoming ‘mottled’, or it can be left to age gracefully, as the brass will tarnish to a wonderful rich colour.

The integral flap is sprung on the back to avaid drafts.
