Do You Have a Showroom?

Not at the moment. We have offices and warehouse space and our customers are always welcome to view products here, in fact many do. Just please give us a call beforehand to tell us you’re coming.

How Can I Get References?

We are so proud of the feedback we’ve had from our customers. To read the comments yourself, please go to Happy Customers at the bottom of our Home page where you will find hundreds of comments.

Alternatively you can read what our customers have to say about us on the independent internet consumer safeguard forum Trustpilot. We currently have nearly 400 comments, posted independently. We have a fantastic feedback rate of 5 stars and have a very high rating of 9.5 out of 10 (we are striving to be a 10 out of 10!).

Can I Order by Phone Instead of Online?

Of course! You can call us on 01271 370095 and speak to us in person if you prefer. We all have excellent product knowledge and we are happy to take payment over the phone.

Is Online Payment Secure?

Our payment system is completely safe and secure. We use Sage Pay and all information is encrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass through us can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us on 01271 370095 to obtain details to proceed. We must receive a full transfer of the total amount for the order to our bank account for an order to progress.

Will I Get a Receipt?

Yes. We will send you an email confirming your order and the payment amount.

Do You do Trade Discount?

Yes, we are happy to offer discount to our trade customers. The discount will vary depending on the quantity and the type of products required so email us your requirement and we will provide you with a competitive quote.

What do I do if my Goods Arrive Damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please do contact us straight away. We will of course work out the best way to resolve the issue for you. Please note that damages are rare due to the care taken in the packaging and transit of our goods.

Can I Return Items?

Obviously we hope that you are happy with your order but if you change your mind or if it doesn’t suit, please return the item within 14 days of receipt of the delivery of the product. Please make sure you pack and return the item carefully, in the original box and packaging so that it may be resold. We don’t cover the return cost of items, this is a cost that must be paid by you. The refund will be processed on to the card originally used and we ask you to allow up to 14 days for this to show on your statement.
