A stunning pair of real ebony wood door knobs in a bun shape, authenticated by the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, with a slightly aged brass collar and matching petal-edged backplates.

The ebony wood has a rich dark colour and is exceptionally hard wearing.  The decorative, fluted, back-plates are unlacquered and will continue to darken slightly over time, giving a wonderful aged look.

The backplates are detachable, meaning the knobs are suitable for both mortice and rim locks.
