Photoshoots
Our product photoshoots are always exciting and always challenging too! Once we’ve got over the first hurdle of finding the perfect place to shoot we’ve then got to get the products there in one piece.
We take crates loaded upon crates of products from our warehouse along with masses of other stuff you wouldn’t believe (blutac, cellotape, scissors, string, a broom handle, screwdriver, nails, a hat, branches and wellies!!). That’s just our stuff, the photographer is of course also laden down with her own equipment.
We were so happy to have been invited back to shoot our latest products at the beautiful Uppcott Farm Cottages in deepest North Devon. And it appears Grace & Glory are in good company as the The White Company were also at Upcott recently using the beautiful barns as a backdrop to showcase their products too. It takes a good couple of hours to get going, but once we’re set up and our creative juices are flowing we can really see it coming together. As you can see, we’re not too untidy:-
With tea and biscuits plentiful, we worked all day, and managed to get great product photos of (nearly) everything. Here are some of our favourites:-

Pic. 2This old log proved perfect to push a selection of our best selling cabinet knobs into, a very rustic backdrop!
Pic. 3 Another new product, this practical and stylish wire storage basket we think can be used for just about anything.
Pic. 4 One of our favourite products right now, this Danish clip on light with its industrial appeal was really easy to shoot.
